My name is Senani Ratnayake and I am incredibly grateful you stopped by!

The philosophy behind Motivatum is to build momentum through motivation - momentum that will take you, and your veterinary practice, to the next level. 

I have worked within many aspects of the veterinary industry and having been in the trenches, I understand veterinary practice in a way that many others cannot. I believe that everybody is motivated differently but at the end of the day, one thing we all have in common is our love of animals. I use this love as the basis for all of the work that I do.
